Bad business!



I manage parts and service for a frozen yogurt machine supply company. We had Daniel go out to a store to help us with some machines that were having problems. Long story short, he told our customers that our machines were crap and that we should have bought the competitor's, all the while reassuring me that he is going to take care of the problem and that everything will be fine. Even if what he was recommending was right on, THAT'S NOT HIS JOB!!!



I got the impression that this is a slacker company that hires people who may have the required technical ability, but lack the most basic of respect and professionalism.



We will not be using this company again.
