Worst vecta bank that I've ever been to. I shouldn't have to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes for someone to even realize I am there. Then take another 30 minutes to process my one check. Downright awful.

Worse experience with chain of Vectra banks in Denver. Never ever Open there doors.

We started banking with Vectra about 10 years ago when we started our business. Recently we moved our personal banking over with them too. The level of service we receive from Vectra is amazing. There is a person whose whole job is to help small buisnesses with their banking needs. We were able to set up direct deposit, deal with our merchant account (so we could take credit cards) and address every need we had. ###### We moved our personal accounts over when our former personal bank got taken over and some policies changed. We have been very happy at Vectra. With all our accounts at one bank it is easy to do all the banking at once. And the online banking is great.### The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They really care about our business and us.
