I had my mower serviced here and am very satisfied. Mower is running better than it ever has. They were professional and curteous.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. RUDE BEYOND IMAGINATION. I was told by the counter staff to be ready any time after 4:30pm, when driver arrived, it was 6:15pm. Asked how I was, said not the best, been sitting around waiting almost 2 hours. Proceeded to tell me he doesn't get off till 4:30, hooks up the trailer and ready to go by 5pm. Told him, I don't know his schedule, perhaps he should let the counter staff know. The driver stated he did not appreciate my attitude, I told him, I don't really appreciate his attitude either, he told me to F*&% you. Great customer service.

While waiting for him to arrive, I sent an email to the owner (since it was the only contact info I had). I asked if he could contact me. Well today, 4 days later, he did. Here is what he told me.



YOUR STATEMENTS WERE BELLIGERENT & TOTALLY UN-CALLED FOR. IN THE FUTURE - PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A HARD-TIME.



I will be thrilled to take my business elsewhere, AS YOU SHOULD TOO.

The really sad part of your story Frank is, that you run an auto parts store, and did'nt stop to think that if you walk into ANY parts store without all the correct information about your vehicle,ie: YEAR,MAKE,MODEL,etc.(or mower information in this case) there is a very good chance that you wo'nt walk away with the part you were looking for,if anything at all! I have purchased several pieces of equipment

from Access Mowers including a Snapper Z-turn mower,and several pieces of Echo equipment,and have NEVER had a problem with getting the right parts,because even though I do'nt run an auto parts store I do know that if I give them the MAKE,MODEL,and

SERIAL numbers for my equipment, that they will have no problem (and never have) finding the exact parts that I need, and have done so in a veryfriendly and courteous way I might add! The owner has never given me any sort of a hard time and I go in there all the time for either parts or getting something serviced,or to just ask dumb questions about stuff.Maybe as a business owner,you ought to think think twice before saying bad things about really good people,or about the time the sweet little old lady answered BLUE, when you asked her what kind of car she had!

Was sold the wrong coil for my mower. Will not return if even after the woman told me she can try to match it up. The owner was rude and said read the sign on the door next time. My 2nd purchase and last at this place. Live and learn I guess. Sad part is I send them a lot of customers being I run a auto parts store down the road. Sorry to anyone I've sent And was treated the same. Will stop referring people to that place. $50 mistake

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! i will never go there again, give your hard earned money to a business that cares about the customer,not just gouge them for all they can get, was treated like they were doing me a favor just by helping me.... philip s. englewood florida.......

Find another repair shop. Front desk staff needs additional training and does not represent the owner well. Each encounter with Sandy gets worse than the one previous. Service recieved from the owner is always excellent, but the counter staff is incompetent. I always try to shop local rather big box but this business makes it impossible.
