4 couples went at 6 pm on a Thursday. 3 people ordered grilled haddock. It was served on a cold plate and was cold for each of us. After we sent it back, the plate was returned colder and the fish was luke-warm, and the potato flower (split and deep fried whole potato) was now cool. Sautéed vegetables were so spicy, they were beyond eating. Another person ordered seafood salad plate, but was served with scallops not listed among the seafood ingredients on the menu & she's allergic to them. She got 10% discount (should've been comped)

I had been wanting to try The Bay City Grille. Finally got there at 2 o'clock on a Thursday. It was not busy. There were very few customers at that time. I was told someone would be right with me then I was told to sit anywhere. Ten minutes later a waitress came over for our order. I asked for a menu. Our drink order was a coffee and two waters. We were brought coffee and one water. I asked for another water and we ordered our food. Fifteen minutes later I asked another staff member for a glass of water and she immediately brought it. The cook brought our food. When the waitress brought the check she asked if everything was ok and I told her the food was good but the service was poor. She told me she was only one person, had a problem with a check and a food order and was training someone. She really was not apologetic

Great New place to go in Englewood! Staff is very friendly and helpful ..good variety from appeizers to steak dinners...The pulled Pork Nachos are awesome and the flat bread pizzas are great as well... nice variety of beers and ales..well worth the visit!

The food is delicious! I love the style of the restaurant and it offers a lot of seating options. This is JUST what Dearborn needed.
