I had a great experience with Castle Air. I came home from work on a Friday night, and my 2 year old a/c unit wasn't working. I called the company that installed the unit first and they warned me that because it was the weekend a diagnostic service call would run me $170 and that they couldn't order parts until Monday. They told me I should stay in a hotel for the weekend and call back on Monday morning. Not the answer I wanted to hear. My good friend suggested I call Castle Air. Their technician Mike did not charge me overtime. In fact his diagnostic service call was almost half of what the other company would have charged. The technician was professional, and courteous. He had the necessary parts in stock. He had my a/c unit up and running again in no time. He even told me that if for some reason he wasn't able to repair my a/c right away, he would set up a portable unit so I could have at least a measure of comfort in my home. Great company.
