I have never in my life dealt with someone as rude and ignorant as the woman Laura is she made a mistake and paid my homeowners insurance to the wrong lock box and proceeded to tell me they paid it and it wasn't her problem but the two companies figure it out !! When I showed up there in person and asked her to call my agent not only did she roll her eyes at me but proceeded to degrade me while she was on the phone with my agent
