Where can you find a reliable person to fix your favorite clock? Right here! I have a kitty-cat clock with a swinging mouse for a tail. It's second hand started clicking in place. It, nor the hands would move. I did change the AA battery once, but it did not help. In a phone conversation, RG Clocks mentioned that the battery is usually the problem for such a case as mine. So I decided to change the battery using an Energizer (I had originally used a cheaper brand of battery) and it is back on time! Thank You!

Very knowledgeable of Old English bell clocks. Came to my home to repair my grandfather clock, and did a great job. Grandfather runs great again. Fairly reasonable prices for in-home repair.
