I have a Dell laptop and tried to update it to Windows 10.

The laptop would't boot after installing 10. Called at least 5 different places and everyone said it would take about a week and

100 plus dollars to fix. Emergency said they could fix it same day for 59.99 and they did! Great job!

I'M VACATIONING IN ENGLEWOOD AND COULD'NT GET ON THE INTERNET AT THE PLACE WE ARE RENTING. THEY HELPED ME AT THE COUNTER AND SAID THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THEIR ADVICE.

Could not log into user profile" is scary to see when you try to log on to your cmputer in the morning. apparently my registry cleaner screwed up my user settings. They recognized the problem and had a "counter fix" that got me out the door in less than an hour. I definatley reccomend them for anyone who needs quick service.

this place was so exspensive and a week later my computer had the pop ups again and they wanted to charge me another fee plus labor...what the hell??? during these terrible times one charge was bad enough. pass this place by for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a major problem with my Dell Dimension Laptop.Everyone (including Dell) said it was not fixable. Emergency Computer Repair said they could fix it and they did just that.They have REAL techs not just part timers. They did a great job!

I had to go out of town on a very short notice.. and when I turned my computer on to book reservations it won't boot. I paniced and picked the phone book to see if I could find someone to repair it ASAP. Emergency Computer Repair's ad said they fix HP so I called and they offered me immediate service. I took it in and they diagnosed a bad hard drive. My HP was still under warranty and they offered to replace the hard drive and send mine back to HP. Got my computer back the same day. They also let me book my airline tickets on their computer. Great job Emergency Computer Repair Inc. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I had been having computer issues with my work computer for over 3 months... The technician where I work had my computer about once a day for 3 weeks since I kept having networking issues. I just wanted to be able to do my work. After the tech where I work "gave up" on me, I took my computer to EMERGENCY Computers. They were great! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They had seen the same problem before and had my in and out SAME DAY! My laptop has worked great since! Thank you EMERGENCY!
