I will never rent from this place. Everything that Valleri B stated is very true. Julia Nowak cussed and called me names through text message. She was very unprofessional. We paid a 2000 security deposit that was being held for us until the first. Until she called us a few days before the first and said we had to sign the lease then. We were moving from out of town and getting a job transfer and she knew we needed to wait until the first. She gave us many reasons to believe she was trying to get us to sign a lease agreement before she told us the original date so that she could keep our money. However we ended up backing out just because of her unprofessionalism and rudeness. She also is the one to do anything maintenance. Which if you ask me, I am very grateful we did not rent from here. Karen on the other hand was very sorry for Julias actions and we got our security back. Don't want to forget that Julia also never gave us any copies of agreements and app fee was in cash although stated on the website it is supposed to be money order. She also "did not know" what credit company she used to run our background or credit from. Needless to say "i don't know" why they would have her representing their company at all.

This was the worst renting experience I've ever had because of this company. The realtor, Julia Nowack and the manager Karen are two of the most unprofessional individuals I've ever met. The repairs were done by Julia in an untimely, haphazard way. Some things required her to make six visits per repair. She even had the nerve to replace a ceiling fan with something that had been in her own residence for the past decade! We paid $1350 a month for a place that had disgusting carpet. To top it off, she kept over half of our deposit...........$682 of it plus a $250 nonrefundable dog deposit for normal wear and tear. I've rented many times and never had to deal with situations like this. She cursed at me, yelled at me, and was the utmost unprofessional individual I've ever encountered. When I addressed these issues with her boss Karen, Karen did nothing to help the situation. Renters beware. Go elsewhere unless you want to deal with a lot of trouble.
