They kept my boat for about two months, finally I brought the boat home- and it wouldn't start. Back again and three more weeks, went back to get the boat and the trailer plate was off and lying alongside??? In addition, everything they "fixed" had to be redone by SOS Marine.

Warranty work on my Mercury 150 four stroke engines. I found a small amount of oil on my motor. took it to marine dynamics to have them checked. I was told that they would need it for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. After three weeks I called them and was told they were waiting on a part from Mercury that would be in in the next day. After two more weeks I contacted them and they told me they were waiting on a part that would be in the next day, same story again. I contacted mercury and was told they had delivered the part to them and paid for the warranty work two weeks earlier. Since they had already been paid for the work they had no incentive to do the work and kept pushing it back while they worked on non-warranty work that would be paid for after it was done. I will not deal with these people again. I am posting this so someone else will be aware of how they operate.
