Do not use State Farm insurance unless you are prepared to wait years for a settlement. The mediator said that State Farm is notorious for delaying and not paying claims. Their reason, even though our policy was for $100,000 my fathers life was not worth that. If you love someone, do not use state farm, they do not value a persons life. My father used State Farm for over 40 years and they have treated our family terribly now that we need them. They treated us wonderful while we paid, when we needed help we got lawyers. They have spent more money to avoid paying us on a small policy my father owned than just settling. They are cruel ruthless business people...do not fall for it, find some other insurance agency. One that cares!
