I have been getting my glasses here since 2013. I did see the eye doctor there first time, but I don't remember anything particularly good or bad about him. My insurance changed so I went elsewhere after that. But I still take my Rx there to get my glasses. Their selection of frames is huge, their prices are really good and the service has always been excellent in every way. Most people don't bother to post reviews unless they're unhappy. When I saw only one review and it was a one star, I felt the need to add my very positive experiences & satisfaction with this vision center.

This Optical department is horrible. I had my exam by a Dr. with the worst breath in the world and the personality of a wet dish rag. I told him and the people fitting my trifocal glasses that I wanted larger glasses with larger lens because I wanted a larger bottom and mid portion of the lens for reading and computer work. I ended up with a tiny area on the bottom and mid section, so tiny that when I read or do computer work I have to take a napkin, rip a large piece off and place it on the bridge of the glasses to bring them up so I can work. I started doing this after my neck started hurting from my head being back all the time. I will NEVER go back there. They are totally incompetent. They should get a NO STAR rating.
