They faxed over the specials. We ordered. They REREAD THE ORDER BACK! They pro muggy us something COMPLETELY different! We I called back the manager was EXTREMELY Rude! Said it was impossible because it wasn't on the specials today.

So my questions are

Than why did you fax them to me?

Why did you repeat it back to me & take my money?

Why did you make something else that's not on the menu without a problem?

And why are you yelling at me on the phone like this is my fault!?



HORRIBKE HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have to say I was very disappointed with the service. I wanted to have a nice dinner with my wife and two children, but that was not to be. We ordered drinks appetizers and dinner. Three of the dinners were served but my meal never came. Our waitress never checked on us and by the time I was able to get her attention, everyone in our party was mostly finished their meal. “Oh the kitchen didn’t get your order” I was told. This made for a very uncomfortable evening for everyone at our table. In discussing this matter with the Manager the following day He was very rude and wanted to blame me. “How often do you do this kind of thing” I was asked. I would rather eat a peanut butter sandwich at the hotel than visit this restaurant. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone……ever!!!

Good food. Pricy pizza that if eaten immediately, is crisp and delicious. Soggy other wise. Average of $20 for a thin pizza is pricy, as are most of their salads and entrees.

RUDE SERVERS, EVEN RUDER MANAGEMENT. Don't justify this behavior from owners and managers. LOTS of good pizza, better prices in Bergen County. Hold back the mighty dollars in the name of friendliness and respect.

So excited to try it but when we FINALLY got the pizza it was a complete let down. It had no taste and they used the basil very sparingly. It was soggy and just disappointing. My friends and coworkers will not go back.
