From the moment my roommate and I moved into one of their buildings we had problems. The front door hasn't locked in the year that I have been here. The water has gotten messed up so many time I cannot count. The heat in the building goes out and it takes them days to fix it in the middle of winter. They also do not respond to emails/calls, so you have no idea if anything is getting fixed or worked on. Very unprofessional and recommend to avoid living in a building owned by them at all costs.
