I just spoke to Sidney on the phone to pay my bill and end my service. She was sweet as pie to me...the guys who pick my trash up always did a good job. I will use them again if needed.

The woman on the phone is rude.For over a month they have left my can half full and then this week they flipped it upside down on the sidewalk.I called and they were rude on the phone.Said someone would call me back but they havent. I pay for trash to get dumped but not on my side walk....Had to hose off side walk after cleaning up mess.They also slam all my harbage cans breaking out the bottoms and the handles. In the last year we have bought 6 cans and also wheels busted. Bad company Im going else where.

Terrible customer service, the lady on the phone is beyond rude. I canceled my service with them. Shorty after they sent me an outrageous bill for services I did not receive I told them I wasn't paying them even if I did owe it because their drivers drove through my yard. They called me a liar then when i told them i could show them my camera footage he apologized and settled on me not owing them anything. Now I watch them drive through my neighbors yard leaving huge ruts on the edge of their property every pickup day. By far one of the worst "businesses" if you want to call it that, that I've ever dealt with.

I feel like giving them 1 star is doing them a favor. My fiancé and I recently moved into a place in the New Carlisle area. We were only moved in for about 2 weeks, still getting things situated and settled in. The previous occupant had used their service, so there was already a bin on the property and it was filled from the previous occupant as well as work the landlord has done. Well, without notice they came and took the bin. Which I understand if someone hasn't paid their bill and things like that. However, we just moved in, and hadn't had a chance to set up service. There was no notice given or mail sent that they were coming to get the bin or service was in bad standing (which we would have gladly set up). Again, we just moved in. First Choice had apparently come to get their bin, but in doing so... they broke the latch on our gate, dumped the entire bin across the yard, and left the gate open so our dog got out when we got home that night. Also, the contents of the bin were things like construction and carpeting materials from the landlord so there were things like razor blades in there which the dog also found. I called the company several times, and left messages. I received not a single call back. They also started screening my calls. This company is a joke. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also a joke. I work in management and customer service, they way this company has acted or handled this situation is so poor it is laughable.

I would give this company a zero star if possible. I changed to this company because of price, but now I know their poor service reflects in the lower price they charge. I was told when I signed up with them that I could put out all the trash that I wanted. We rented two dumpsters from them, and most of the time they would leave the dumpsters ¼ to ½ the way full after they dumped it, causing my trash to back up. Because of our extra trash we started putting bags of trash out next to the dumpsters. One or two weeks they took the extra bags, and then they stopped taking them, just leaving them out in the yard. I called the company and asked them why they didn’t pick up my bags and they said I have too much trash and it would cost them too much to dump it. I told them I was cancelling them because of their poor service and I wanted a refund for the 3 months that I had paid ahead of time. The rude lady who always answers their phones said they don’t give refunds. I wanted to contact their headquarters to complain about how they were going to keep my money for 3 months of service that I paid for, that hasn’t even started. It doesn’t appear that they have a headquarters. I would recommend that everyone stay away from using this company, the price may be a little cheaper than other companies, but their poor service is definitely not worth the sacrifice.

Poor Choice Disposal!

This company is very unprofessional and are not true to their word. They are cheap for a reason! They do not pick items up they already agreed to they leave a mess, threw one of our containers away and are very rude on the phone. I have been told that Mann and Rumpke are good in Springfield. Please do not waste your time or money on this company!

horrible service

I wouldn't even give them a rating. horrible customer service, employees damage properties, they cuss at you and don't handle affairs accordingly. the owners really need to evaluate their horrible employees.
