NDP has been our pediatrician for 20 years. My oldest is now 22 with my youngest at 15. My 15 yr old has multiple dx and sees many specialists but despite that, NDP is knowledgeable about her particular care. Besides, where else can you go where you can get a broken bone x-rayed, set, and a cast - all for a co-pay. Not to mention they have walk-in hours every day, including Sunday. We have never been disappointed.

Despite being purchased by PriMed, NDP has always been an excellent pediatricians office. Dr Pelsnor and Dr Molfenter in particular are excellent physicians and have great bedside manner with children. My oldest daughter is now 21 and youngest is 17 and NDP has always been our pediatrician of choice. Walk in hours are hugely helpful as I have never had to drag my kids to a subpar "urgent care" or Childrens and could walk in and be seen by one of the usual doctors on staff. There was a shakeup mid-2014 when they were purchased and cut over to PriMeds new systems that required some additional paperwork and patience, otherwise no issues here.

I am disheartened to say that after trying to get money that I over paid a year ago back to me. I have finally gotten the money in the mail only to have it followed up by a letter from PriMED Physicians saying that all three of my children and now myself are being dismissed as patients. “This letter is to inform you that XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXX, and you are being dismissed as patients of Primed Physicians, as we have experiences a breakdown in the physician – patient relationship. As we regard out patients with the utmost value and respect, we regret that this decision must be made.” This is ridicules. I was owed money. I tried to get my money back for over 1 year. And now because of this my children and I are being dropped not only from Northwest Dayton Pediatrics but from all PriMed Physicians. So I guess the moral of the story is don’t say anything bad about PriMed no matter if you are in the right, because they will drop you from all of their offices. This is horrid customer service.

Horrible! Rude staff and uneducated about the medical information they should know if they are going to be in the medical field as a career. Gave me another child's medical records as well
