Give them 650 deposit & 650 rent they put me in basement with no cell service so had to move because was on 24 hour call only stayed 30 days they served papers to the people who moved in after me NOT me and got a judgment for 350 on me there rip off artist .... the place is full of drug dealers and Thieves Car broken into twice management needs his ass beat down

If not for the fact that the neighbors here seem to all be meth addled hood rats this place is fine for a small family. The windows are a little ghetto but the management staff is a fantastic help. Even if they don't know something they will help figure it out. My wife and children moved here from Arizona with no place to go after being kicked out of her cousins apartment and they had us in within a day. The management staff is also very understanding as we were going through a rough time money wise and they worked with us the whole way. I would definitely say this place is at least a good temporary stepping stone.

We lived in these apartments off of 11th for 4 months. We would get random bills from them stating we owed them money. Always paid them ASAP. Then, my boyfriend got sick and was hospitalized for 2 months. We notified them and asked what we should do. They told us to wait until it's due then bring it back up. We moved out when we were unable to mske rent and returned our keys with the apartment in perfect condition. They called us, telling my boyfriend we still owed $400 after they used our $500 deposit for what? A $5 door jam cover? They said we never notified them we were leaving which we did, 1 month prior to leaving. I spoke to a woman who lived there a few years ago and she stated her rent was $175. We were paying $595 for an awful location, horrible neighbors, and even worse landlords. I would not recommend ANYONE rent with these people unless you want to be ridiculed and ripped off.
