Provided by YP.comDo not do business with them. They have no attention to detail. Make promises they don't keep. Once they get your money, they don't really care about you anymore. Customer satisfaction and quality work is not a concern or a priority for them.
I had an in ground pool installed this year. Absolutely horrible experience. Still waiting for final work items to be completed.
I would advise anyone to do yourself a favor and find another contractor

Unlike others posting reviews my real name is Dennis Pannell, if anyone wants to contact me in the Enid area I’m in the book.
Recently purchased a 12 X 24 above ground pool from Complete Pools and Spas. Hired them to do the installation since I’m getting to old, fat and lazy to do it myself. After diligent efforts by the folks at CP&S we have a wonderful center piece in our backyard. Let me share the experience. First understand what I purchased. An above ground pool from any manufacture will be assembled with similar materials. Galvanized steel support components and a metal wall. The wall varies from aluminum to galvanized steel. Ours is painted aluminum. This wall material is slightly thicker than 1/6: of an inch. So it’s safe to say that any above ground pool isn’t really a permanent structure. So set your expectations accordingly. Our Installation progressed in stages due to weather restrictions, however I feel that actually made for a better install. We are fortunate to have a reasonably level backyard that required minimum effort to level the pool site. The guys arrived and quickly removed existing sod and began the laborious task of leveling the site with “pack dirt”. Now imagine moving several yards of dirt one shovel, wheelbarrow at a time in 100+ degree heat. They never slowed down and by the end of day they had created a perfectly flat and level pad for the pool. Rains the following day delayed the completion of the project while the site dried out. This I feel actually helped allowing the pad to settle completely before the pool was erected. On their return installation went quick and by 6:30 pm that night we had a full pool ready for a swim. As with any project there are bound to be issues and this was no exception. After about a week an undetectable leak around the skimmer hole presented itself. We had a soggy area at the base of the pool and some of the bracing under the pool started to show as an outline through the bottom liner. Consulted with CP&S and sent someone (Patrick) out to investigate. Patrick corrected the leak but later it was determined that we needed to drain the pool to address the issues under there. This is disappointing news but to the credit of CP&S they owned up to the problem. Another couple of visits and we now have a reliable installation that my wife and I plan to enjoy for a long time to come. Everyone has encountered an issue with a contractor or you will at some point. Every project has the potential, at no real fault to the contractor, to encounter problems. It’s the manner in which the problems are addressed the make the difference. Complete Pools and Spas made the difference, thank you to all the folks there for your efforts to deliver a quality job.

Provided by YPmobileDo NOT trust them. Theynmake promises but do not keep them. If you still do business with them then get everything in writing. Im out 2000 plus the 750 I paid for an electrician. I waited 3vmonths to have my used hot tub delivered and I never received the new jets I was promised. Scott Miller who sold it to me and took my cash will not return my calls.

Provided by YP.comComplete Pool and Spa are a shady company that do shoddy work. They are not honest at all!!!!! They over-billed us for 4 hours worth of work when in fact they only did 2!!!!!!! I was home the entire time and paid close attention to the time they started and when they left. When I pointed out the bill descrepancy the owner stonewalled and gave vague answers on their labor rates. Worse yet, after I brought him the orginal invoice, he then went back to his office and remarked the ticket a different way to make it look like that was the way it was supposed to be after the fact. DISHONEST!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comNot much attention to detail and cuts corners when not watched like a bird dog. Many of the temps hired were not very trustworthy when the owner is not on the property. Much of the crew are masters of verbal deception. We were told many, many, things that were simply not true or followed through on.
The finished product looks nice on the surface; however, when you do a complete walk around and inspect the job, you find a lot of areas that are more of a -- work in progress -- than a finished product. As a homeowner, this contractor cost me several thousand dollars more after the install with unplanned damages and “re-do’s” that they did not do correctly during the install. No accountability or taking responsibility if something is not done correctly, or to the satisfaction of the homeowner. Only excuses. One hired hand is said to be vindictive toward homeowners, as stated by other crew members. Little scary.
In the end, you will get a pool, but you probably will not be happy and they are truly not cheaper when you have to hire someone else to do finish work or fix things over the first 90 days after they leave.
Make sure an attorney goes over their weak contract. It is written so they get your money before the job is done, and once they think they are done, they are gone; (and you will want them gone). Don't settle. Hire a professional. It would be worth the money in the end.
Update: After rains (+2 inches) the slab that was poured to hold my pump and filter sunk on one side about 4 inches. Obviously, there was no tamping of the soil under it and it was poured on loose soil. I had to jack up one side, put blocks under it. Will likely settle further. On the same note, much of the dirt under the high end of the pool has now washed out and I am having to install a retaining wall ( about 50 feet), another $2500.00, give or take, gone. You would think a professional contractor would know not to put a pool 24 inches above grade on one end without retaining the dirt somehow. The trick now will be back filling.
The question is: Why are they not responsible or accountable for the so called, turn-key, job to be done correctly. Maybe the courts need to decide.
