Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries, located in Enid, Okla., is a Medicaid- and Medicare-certified nursing facility that provides health care services to individuals with developmental disabilities. It includes several community homes that offer its residents training in activities of daily living. In addition to these residential services, Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries provides supported living, family support, respite care, personal care attendant services and crisis intervention. It provides a wide variety of vocational programs. Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries provides professional counseling and various support programs for mentally challenged individuals.
