I wanted to answer this review:I had decided to pursue a CPAP machine through Larry's Home Oxygen. I felt that the staff of this business were "bothered" by me calling them and checking on the process of my machine. The staff at this business, even the owner, are incredibly rude, and I HIGHLY recommend you pursue your needs elsewhere.
ANSWER: On Friday the 14th we offered him an appointment for Monday Sept.17th or anytime after that because we were booked full already for Friday the 14th of Sept. and he stated to me that if we did not get him into an appointment immediately that same day he would go somewhere else. So I would say he made his own decision to not have us help him. There is a process to do what is needed for insurance to pay, we did that and called him on Friday Sept. 14th 2018 to tell him we were ready to schedule his appointment unfortunately he was not willing to wait even to the next business day.
