We used them for years and then one day we must not have been big enough for them. They became slow to respond and mediocre with their work. They even accused us a year after a service call that we had paid them for the work. I had to get a copy of the cancelled check from my bank and send it to them to prove that we had. Their bookkeeping is not professional by any means. Be careful.

What a relief! Came home from work to beautifully trimmed trees and the clean up was so complete I wouldn't have known they were there if I hadn't noticed the trees driving in! Very professional as well!

Awful. Missed first call for an estimate - Jim says 'No excuse, I just forgot' - so I allowed for a reschedule that evening. Very unprofessional and rude once he did show - and left in a huff because my wife asked a reasonable question about services. Will never call again. One star only because I can't give no stars.
