I live in Oklahoma and recently inherited a house in Arkansas that needs a new roof. I am so thankful I was given the contact info for Steller Roofing. Trying to find someone in a different state that you can trust to do an ethical job at a fair price was very stressful. Even though it was a small job Gerald, the owner, spent a lot of time with my family to make sure we had plenty of information to make an informed decision. We were not in Arkansas when the roof was replaced but we were sent many pictures to keep us updated with progress. There were problems with the roof that were discovered after the old shingles were taken off, but even though this required more labor Gerald would not accept more money than the previously agreed upon price. We have felt a huge relief at finding someone to help with this home and we will use his company on future repairs both in Arkansas as we prepare to sell the property and also in Oklahoma where we live and where Gerald also has a company.

We needed to have our home and business roofs completed so we contacted a couple of contractors that were reputable.
We called Gerald from Steller and he came to our home and met with my wife and I. He came completely prepared in every way. He had a folder with all of our information on a proposal with different options, a list of references, copy of insurance and contractors license, satellite images of our home, reviews about the company from all search engines and color charts for metal and shingles. Myself being a local business owner was genuinely impressed with his organization.
The price quoted was $230 more than others and we were asked to pay the cost of material up front but we were so impressed with the presentation that we chose to go with him.
Our roof was completed yesterday and we are beyond impressed. The guys did a remarkable job from start to finish. We will be having Gerald and the guys do our commercial roof next week as well.

Great work, priced a little higher than a couple other local companies. Overall we are happy with how everything turned out.

In Dec. our roof started leaking after the snow melted so we started calling contractors. Steller Roofing was one of the companies in which we called and the owner Gerald came out to speak with us himself. He advised us to wait for warmer weather to do the work as the shingles stood a chance of breaking since it was only in the 30's outside. He told us that he would do a free temporary fix until the weather broke even if we chose not to use his company. Other companies told us that installing the shingles immediately would be best to avoid further damage and were even cheaper than Steller bid. We spoke with our insurance agent and he agreed that it would be best to wait for warmer weather.( Our agent from State Farm also knew of Gerald and spoke well of him) We decided since Gerald was honest about waiting and was willing to put a band aid on the problem for now we would use him. Our roof was completed today and we are thrilled. The work took 2 days to complete and we are impressed. The guys were so polite and worked quietly. Our yard looks as good as before they started as well as they kept it as such the entire time. We are more than pleased. Since my husband works out at Vance we will be sharing this experience with everybody.

I was very unnerved when I needed my ceiling looked at for a leak. I was unsure of who to call, scared of being taken advantage of as my husband was deployed and I didn’t know anyone in the area that would guide me through the problem. I called Steller Roofing and Construction based on their good online reviews and I absolutely made the right choice. They are professional, friendly, and most importantly honest. Gerald let me know upfront what the problem was and what it would cost me. He came out right away and took care of the problem. I am very impressed and will definitely use this company again for any repair or remodeling needs we may have. Highly Recommend!
