They have a new girl there as a manager but don't be fooled. There is Cruising of drug sellers all the time day and night with LOUD music. All of the tenants are the low income type that don't give a crap what happens(as opposed to the ones that just stay quiet and keep up a good home). It takes forever to get something fixed. The POLICE now have a patrol there on the weekends and certain nights during the week which has helped a bit. The houses are 4 bedrooms and they are never painting or fixed before you move in. I had to spray for bugs myself and clean it before I moved in. Kitchen is a bit small for having a 4 bedroom house, but it is ok. The 3 bedrooms are very small, MB is good size with a regular closet and a walk in one. Bathrooms had cigarette burns on the sink. Blinds were all torn or broken. Maintainence tries his best but management only allows him to do so much. Tenants expect the maintainence man to change their light bulbs and air filters (and pay for it too). Nothing will ever truely change here. It is noisy enough being right next to the train transferr station which blows horns from 9pm - 3 am all the time and then starts back up again at 5am. Kids walk right next to your house or "hang out" inbetween them to do drugs, smoke, drink or just be loud. Had them sitting in the grass 3 feet from my back slider after 10pm. Didn't dare to say anything for fear of them breaking my car or windows or me. You can find a better place to live for the $$ you pay there. I cleaned my place sparkling and the managment even said so but they still took my deposit for CLEANING !!!!!!! I found a place $100 cheaper in a quiet neighborhood and broke my lease with them. It might not be as big or as new, but darn if it ain't the safest and quietest place IN town !!! Oh forgot to say that there were Pit Bulls in 1/2 of the houses when they were not suppose to be there. I would say that 95% are black, 4% spanish, and not sure but there were only 1 house with white people in it but I think they moved
