Chicken express has such a great product. It is a shame that it is presented by such poorly managed francisies. The store in Ennis could do twice the business if not run by such a disorganized and indifferent team. We live close by and have picked up from there frequently. Our experience is disappointing over half the time. That would be a good batting average but not good for dining. It's a pity because I really like their chicken when prepared properly. Tonight's was stale, greasy, hard, and had half pieces counted as fulls. I'm taking my business further down the street From now on.

I bought chicken from here on Oct. 17,2015 for my family and started eating it and found out that it was too salty. Me and my mother even got sick on it too for some strange reason. I brought it back the next day because we lived 15 miles from that location. As soon as I put it down on the counter, one of the employees immediately grabbed it and through it in the trash. Then the manager told me that they could only replace the seven out of the 25 because that's all they saw. The reason that there was only seven left was because the other tenders we're tasted, then thrown away because of the problem. The thing that disgusted me was that she wanted the eaten peaces back also in order to replace the hole order. The manager wouldn't refund my money back either. The manager was very rude about the hole situation and acted as though I was complaining about the chicken for no reason. I will never be back to this location again after going there for years.
