I have been doing business with Eagle Auto long before they came to Ennis, Texas. They are no doubt a very credible company. Buying a used car is a gamble and for the prices that Eagle Auto is willing to sell you a vehicle it is very much worth the gamble. If you wanted warranty on your vehicle you should have went and paid an arm and a leg for a NEW vehicle from a dealership that wouldnt care anything about you. Eagle Auto is a great organization. They stand behind their work. All vehicles are thoroughly checked out before placed on the lot for sale. I am sorry for your inconvienence sir but if wanting your unfortunate maintenance repairs to be covered under warranty you should have purchased a new vehicle.

I bought a vehicle from them and had the oil changed about 1 week later. The Lube shop brings me back to the car to show me that the engine is full of water. I called the salesman that sold me the vehicle and he tells me that he is sorry but i bought the vehicle "as is". Well, I can understand the necessity of curbing buyers remorse but this is an obvious case of a dirty used car salesman selling a bad car. Almost $3,000 later I now have a reliable vehicle.



DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Don't get cheated like I and many others have been.
