We have used them since we moved here and had no problems, they even sewed patches on my grandmother's blanket that I thought was ruined.

I unfortunately will not ever use them again. 2 of my items were lost and the other garment was ruined. I understand the employees get paid minimum wage and know mistakes can happen so I really only wanted them to find my 2 lost items so I contacted the owner. I think his last name was Michael or maybe Mickel, but I have honestly never been spoken to this way. I asked if there was anything we could do to try and locate my items. He then basically accused me of lying and there is no way that could have happened. I really thought he was joking at first but when I ask if he was, I was called a name. Just don’t use these cleaners for any reason. It’s truly more worth it to change your wardrobe so that you don’t have items to take to the cleaners and that is sad!

I have been paying $5.79 to have my son's uniform laundered and pressed every week. I picked it up today and it was $8.02. I understand price increases but this was a little dramatic.
