I love taco bell and have ever since i could remember but i do not stop by our local taco bell anymore due to the fact that now all it seems to do is hire young and oh so very rude teenagers. I honestly don't believe Taco Bell has trained their employees to be rude to customers, after all they want to keep us coming back right? But my last experience finally made me realize that maybe the drive to the next town's Taco Bell wouldn't be half as bad as the service i receive at MY local taco bell; whether it be drive thru or dine in. The young lady's working there seem to be more caught up in their own personal problems than the customers needs. On my last visit i went through drive through and asked if i could substitute an item on a combo for another and she was very rude in answering: "No, there is no possible way i can do that for you!!" Instead of maybe saying: " No, ma'am I'm sorry we currently aren't able to but would you like to add it separately to your order?" or something of that nature. And to top it off when i got up to the window she literally shoved the food in my face and to make matters worse ALL my order was wrong! So although i live in this town i prefer many a time to drive to the next town than to have to put up with their incompetence, rudeness and plain lack of manners!
