Provided by YP.comI went here early today around 12 and I still had not been taken back into a room around 1:10 so went up to the front desk lady and asked how much long was I to wait she told me 30 more mins which said I couldnt do because I had pior engagements at 2 that wasn't in the same town so I ask for a refund of my money because they had already charged me they told me that I could come back later today and be seen so that is what I've done I got here at 3:35 and it is now 5:10 p.m. and a doctor has still not seeing me. I'm very disappointed that they make you wait this long. I have other things that I need to be doing today and I honestly think I just have a sinus infection but yes they are taking their sweet time to come back and see me. This isn't the first time I had to wait a long time with them and no there weren't a lot of patients there before either times.

Provided by YP.comJust had a terrible visit here for my 4-year-old's ear pain! Jeanette Rackhan saw us and the only good thing she did was be nice to my kids. She walked into the room arrogantly demanding why we didn't have my daughter on allergy medicine already. We said this is the first time she's had this issue and she cited a visit we had for a burst eardrum last year, which was unrelated to allergies. When my husband told her that my daughter has a bad reaction to antibiotics, she said, "Oh she WILL be on antibiotics for a full course." I had assumed the script was for antibiotic ear drops since that's what we've gotten here before. When the pharmacist found out it was oral, they called her to ask if she would prescribe ear drops instead because of my daughter's reaction, but she refused. So in addition to the antibiotics we can't use, she prescribed a pain reliever that's no longer being made and the pharmacy was unable to fill. I called the office and she wouldn't even speak to me but had a different person in the office refuse on her behalf to prescribe what we need. She said antibiotic ear drops would have no effect on this ear infection, even though it's worked for us before. When I said my daughter can't take oral antibiotics she asked me why I didn't mention that in the office and then questioned if she's ever even had a reaction. Even knowing my daughter can't take the antibiotics, she offered no alternatives. She said we can go to the ER but they'll refuse us too since it's not serious. I am livid! I hate it when the doctors I'M PAYING TO WORK FOR MY BEST INTEREST don't even care enough to offer help. Wish there was a way to get this worthless PA fired and out of the way to make room for knowledgeable, caring medical professionals.

Provided by YPmobileWas told and argued with by the Dr. that I had allergies and that I was fine. As days went on, I got worse and went to The Neighborhood Doctor where I was told I have an Upper Respiratory Infection and they prescribed me antibiotics, yet Urgent Plus Care told me I was not sick. Will not be going back to Urgent Plus Care.
