This is one of the worst practices I have treated with. They were my family physician for 4 yrs. I have had 5 different physicians assigned to me all had left, each one not leaving my visit notes for the next physician taking over. In four yrs I was seen once by a real doctor the rest were physician assistants. If you want an appointment be prepared to wait up 3 months atleast and in case of an emergency be prepared for atleast a few day waits. Don't be fooled by their after 5 hours they charge almost double for you to go. Additionally they force you to sign agreements and test for things that you don't want or need if you refuse they refuse care. All around one of the absolute worst practices I've been associated with. For more information I would be more than happy to divulge upon request. And trust this I am not the only one two other coworkers of mine are leaving this provider for the exact same reasons. Be careful all who tx there! Good luck
