My experience was horrible!! I purchased a car from them in 2018 and ever since then I’ve had problems with the car up until it just finally wouldn’t crank any more. It was so frustrating having them tell me to bring my car in and have my car return messed up by one of their own mechanics and they’d try to say I brought it in that way. I WOULD KNOW IF I BROKE MY DOOR HANDLE!! And the manager, Starla, has no clue what she’s doing when it comes to being professional and relaying information to customers but the lady up front has called to remind me when a payment is due but not when my part will be or even have an idea when it’s been ordered (if it had even been ordered). I work hard for my money like many people and I would not recommend this place to a crack head, y’all. Do not let your loved ones do business with them. They Must know someone to still be open because they should’ve been shut down a long time ago!!

My sister purchased a vehicle from them a couple of months ago and it broke down within that second week she had it. Here we are a FEW MONTHS later and she still doesn't have the vehicle she purchased and she already paid a payment not even having the vehicle in her possession. Their excuse is they are waiting on a part to come in. COME ON PEOPLE!!! REALLY???...... Have you ever heard of O'REILLY'S AUTO PARTS? You get the part in a couple of days.

They worked with me when I couldn't make my payment, either you people are just mad or you didn't look at your vehicles before you got them, my car I got from there had issues in the beginning I immediately returned it and they fixed everything I wrote down. Inspector will be here Thursday and I am having zero issues with my vehicle at all I love it so much actually, thank you for being so awesome tiffany :)

Crooks. I bought a car from here and they also had not had it inspected. It's been 6 weeks, and I'm having to take them to court.

I Have had my vehicle for 4 months. No title yet!!!!!! Claim they have to wait for a state inspector. They have avoided talking to me. I will never never ever so business with th ever again.

Make sure you have the vehicle checked by a real mechanic. These people are crooks, look at the Better Business bureau review. They will not work with you on payment if you cant make a payment on time.
