Provided by YP.comIt is obvious to me that Bernie's has treated my car as if it belonged to them, performing above and beyond that which any other shop has done for me. In other words, I've found that, for your business, the bare minimum stands high above the work of all other automotive shops. I know that when I take my car in for service or repair, it is in capable hands; it is clear to me that for you, my automobile is not done until a first-rate job is accomplished.

Provided by YP.comTerrible, the only word to describe this company and its operation. Never call you back unless THEY want money. Belinda is a terrible property manager. Becky should really get a grip on this situation before it hurt her pocket book. Stay clear of this business. Don't even walk in the door.

Provided by YP.comI absolutely despised dealing with these people. They were terrible about calling you back, even if you left them a message. When we moved into the property, there was an issue with the back door locking. A strong wind could blow it open, literally. When we moved in, the carpet by the back door was soaking wet and moldy, because the door had blown open in a storm and the carpet was never cleaned. They said that the door would be replaced and the carpet cleaned and bleached within the week, it was a Tuesday. By the following Monday, they had done nothing about it and when I called them they basically just said they were working on it. I understand that sometimes things take a while to organize logistically, but at least call the tenant and let them know what is going on with the maintenance. Especially when they have mold growing in their carpet. We lived in the property for one year and the manager was changed twice, without us ever being notified. We had some issues with the siding in December and called them about it. We never heard back about what they were doing to fix it so we called back in around February. The former manager had left the company and never passed the information along to the new manager. The new manager said they would get it done right away, and fix the microwave that had just gone out. The microwave was fixed within a few days, but they never did anything about the siding other than come and get an estimate. We called back around a month later and they said that the job had been closed, even though nobody had fixed a thing. After multiple calls and switching to yet another property manager, the siding was replaced about three weeks before we moved out in August. The worst part about the whole thing was that they took advantage of us upon moving out. When we moved in there were some patches in the wall where the paint didn't match. I understand that it was my wife and I's fault that we didn't write all of the individual discrepancies down or take a picture, but when we moved out, they charged us to repaint two rooms, the hallway, and the entire inside of the garage. Not only did they give us a house with some damages, they then charged us to fix it. We are newly married and were first time renters and I think they realized that they could take us for a ride and there wouldn't be a whole lot we could do about it, because we didn't do anything to protect ourselves.
Bottom line, do not rent from these people. They are a horrible company who I am glad I don't have to deal with anymore.

Provided by YP.comIF there was an option for zero stars they would get it. By far the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all. Any and all issues I had with the house never got fixed if I tried to go through them. The only way things got fixed were either out of my own pocket or by calling the home owner herself. After moving out of the house they attempted to charge me for a pet deposit which had already been paid and for "damages" to the property that were there when i moved in and documented. Do not rent from them.

Provided by YP.comDo not rent from these people. From the beginning we had issues. At first it wasn't a big deal. We moved in when the grass was at least a foot high and they said they would take care of it. they didn't. We brushed that aside We asked a few times for items to be fixed and it would take at least a month or more to get it taken care of. The final straw was when we wanted to move out. We were in contact with them from about 6 weeks out from our move out date. We made several phone calls to make sure we did what was necessary so we wouldn't have any issues. Move out date finally came and we asked for the walk through we were told we needed. They said we should've made an appointment and they couldn't get to it for several days. They'd do it on their own and let us know what they found. They knew from the beginning we couldn't wait around because my husband had to report to his next duty station. Not once were we told we had to make an appointment. About two months later we finally got a letter in the mail with a check. They took out $150 dollars because we didn't trim the weeds by the street. Considering the front yard was overgrown and the backyard had trash all over it when we moved in, this shouldn't have happened.

Provided by YP.comWe had a TERRIBLE experience with Becky Hancock. They were so rude and unorganized. We're military and rented a townhouse for 6 months through them. You would assume with the large number of military families they deal with they would be organized, understanding, and helpful. About a month after moving in we called because our AC would increase by 8+ degrees if we had more than 4 people in our house. We kept the fans on, lights off, and turned the AC up and it would still reach over 80 degrees. We called and were told that "it's Alabama, this happens" and they refused to put a work order in for us. We explained to them that it was only when we had 4+ people in our home and it would be after 7pm and they still did nothing. A month or so later when our neighbors had a water leak, we got water damage in our garage and they once again brushed it off and did not assist us. We had a lot of mold on the garage wall and after notifying them that we are allergic to mold they still did nothing. The worst part was our move out process it was a nightmare. We went with their EZcheckout because we thought we would be “easy” and the best way for us to ensure getting the majority of our deposit returned. The company we went with that was one of their approved cleaning companies was rude and unprofessional. Once again, when we told them about our experience with her they snubbed their noses, did nothing, and simply said “don’t go with them if you don’t like them”. We went with them because we trusted them because they were approved and because they were the cheapest of the four companies, so why would we pay more than we had to because their company was unprofessional? When we tried to talk to them about the move out fees they did not have a set price for any of them such as the carpet cleaning, flee spray, TV dish removal, etc. We had to pester them a few times every week for an exact amount so that we could be aware of the amount we’d receive back for the deposit. No one could tell us how much anything would cost and they were rude the entire time. I felt as though I was doing their job trying to figure out the move out procedure and the accurate amounts. Wouldn’t a company have a set way of doing things? I’ve seen this kind of company before, they skate by without telling you much and they deduct your deposit from you for “unseen” things once you have moved out. A lot of our friends went through Becky Hancock too and had the same experience. It’s unfortunate that they have the monopoly over Enterprise, AL and that even after reading these reviews a lot of people will still go with them. We, and many others, had a terrible experience with them. If you can go through another company you should. It’ll save you a lot of hassle and money.

Provided by YP.comI have had the best experience dealing with Becky and her team for over 13 years (Flight Student in 1999, purchased my first home from her, and a few others from her Realtor Team, Tonya Turk will make it a great experience); they are very respectful and professional when it comes to finding a house for sale or rent (haven't sold one with them yet, but many friends have had great success with them). I am an owner of a few properties in Enterprise that are managed by Belinda and Laurie @ Becky Hancock's, I have found that they treat tenants and owners with respect and fairness; many times they have proven this to me by showing how fair they are with move-out inspections (never once unfairly charging a tenant for damages after moving out). I respect them tremendously and strongly recommend their team when it comes to selling/buying or renting a Home in the Fort Rucker/Enterprise Area. When I looked for a property management company, I wanted one that put the tenant first (I know that customer service is the NUMBER 1 PRIORITY of any great company), and I can truly say, in my opinion, that Becky Hancock's Reality puts the customer FIRST and is the best management company in Enterprise Alabama.

Provided by YP.comWe are in the military and we had the absolute WORST experience ever with this company. From the get go, the staff was unfriendly and just wanted us to sign the rental lease. We should've known from that point to walk away.
There were numerous times we put in work orders (no hot water, paint issues, etc) and were either ignored all together, or took over a week to respond and get anyone out to help.
When it came time to move out the lady was very high-maintainance and wouldn't even shut the manual garage door by herself (I guess she didn't want to break a nail). We asked important questions about how much was going to be taken out of our deposit for mandatory carpet cleaning etc., and every time she just replied with "I have no idea"....thanks for being knowledgable about your job......
P.S. if you have pets, DO NOT RENT from these people. There is an outrageous pet "fee" that is non-refundable and they don't use ANY of that for repairs or "mandatory" pest control after you leave.
In conclusion DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WON'T GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH.

Provided by YP.comI just wanted to let you know so far we are very pleased with the service we have gotten from Becky Hancock Realty. We had a bad experience with our last realty dealing with the cleanliness of the house we rented. This house however was in really good condition. It was very clean, and Mrs. Belinda, the property manager has been very excellent to work with. We are very pleased with the house and with the realty. Thanks!

Provided by YP.comI just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the effort and hard work that Belinda put in to renting out my townhouse. I just recently switched over from Realty Executives, and my house was sitting there for 4 months with no updates and no sign of anyone inquiring. When I complained, they said that they had too may places to rent and not enough people to do it. when I switched over to your company, Belinda had my place rented in less than three days. She was great with communicating even though she was busy with other clients. I just want to let you know that I am overly satisfied with your company. Thanks for the help!
