Best dog grooming around. I will not take my dog anywhere else. They are so caring for the dogs that walk in the door. And you get what you pay for. My dog YOLO was scared this morning and the owner got on the floor and held her to make her comfortable. I don't know what I am going to do when we actually leave Rucker. Another time before she wouldn't even walk to the door he came outside and helped me get her inside. Thank you for everything y'all do for my dog. And she always goes home looking and smelling good!!!

They will say your dog was matted so they can charge you more and say it was for the best interest of the dog more like for there pockets. Your pet will look Terrible they are not good groomers.

The rudest most unprofessional business. Messed my pets hair up twice. One time I asked them to just trim the fur on her belly when I got there she had a 1 or 2 inch gap cut in her hair on her ears. Her ears were so long and pretty.I never wanted her ears trimmed to start with. The last visit really made me mad. I asked them to bathe her,hair in her ears,claws etc...I even asked the one on the phone to repeat what I would like done just to make sure. I came to get her and she looked like they had cut her with a weed eater. All gapped up and they charged me for it and I was cussed out when I said I only wanted her bathed. So tacky!

Shaved all my dogs hair off and then lied saying he had matts. Worst service ever! I would not recommend this place.

That took care of boomer for us over the thanksgiving break. They go to homes at night so I know he was well loved. When we picked him up he was in great spirits. This is the place to board your dog.
