have never been treated so badly from a worker at a food establishment, I still cant believe it, this woman needs to be fired or working in the freezer where she can be as cold as she wants. So here's my story (100% real) of the DEVIL AT JACK IN THE BOX. I'll start by saying that unfortunately I didn't catch her name which i plan on going back to do so. I do know that she's a midle aged woman,( NOT A LADY BY ANY MEANS) who looked to be in her mid 40's. She was working the drive through at 6:45 A.M. on Tuesday January 18th 2011. I order a chicken sandwich and pull to the window where I have change ready for the sandwich, and give it to her,she did just fine with that. I had some more change I just found when sitting at the window so I asked how much a oreo shake was and she says $3.45 ( give/take 15 cents). So I start counting my change and she says do you want one? I say politely, I have to see if I have enough. She just lost her mind and yells somethin slamming the window almost breakig it. She didnt come back for about 4 minutes and her attitude was horrible.When I finally got the shake I asked for a spoon while she was handing it to me, which she didn't respond to like a 7 year old, then slammed the window again. Eventually she opened the window and threw me a spoon. I could not believe it. I plan on getting her name and reporting her to corporate.
