The following explains the situation at tuttles.1. His guns are 30 percent over priced.2. If you don't buy something he has no use for you.3. After having a break in and guns stolen he doesn't care anymore.4. Rarely is there anybody there.5. He has a bad reputation with local businesses.6 He's desperate to sell you anything. He was negotiating for 10 dollars more on a junk scope. (that I didn't buy and he became enraged)7. Due to his attitude I only came in once a year. (on the way to elk hunting)I wish him well in his retirement. I buy my guns from Bruce at DJ's in Bothell. Wonderful family and the guns are priced to sell.

Tuttle embarrassed a young man in front of his girlfriend and they walked out. He said people pick up the guns by the barrels, knock them around and that he didn't care anymore. Every time I came in he would try to sell me anything. It was a unpleasant experience. I recently went into Tuttles to buy some shotgun shells. When I walked in the door I was asked what I needed and where it could be located. I was never pressured into buying more or pressured into buying anything other than what I needed. Tuttles has great service ad I am truest pleased. I will now only buy my product at his shop

He likes you if you buy something but has no use for you if you don't. If I see something I like AND it's the right price I will buy it. I think he buys the guns for what their worth and tacks on his 30 percent. He reminds of a CAR SALESMAN! Years ago he use to be an IRS agent and has that attitude. Buy your guns from BRUCE at DJ's in Bothell. Great people and the guns are priced to sell.

I have been visiting this store for several years. He has a very good selection of new and used guns, gun accessories, and knives. His customer service is outstanding. I have purchased several items from this store, firearms, ammo, and knives. His prices are very good and he will bargain to give you the best price. He has an incredible collection of firearms and accessories. Visit the shop - you won't be disappointed, and you'll probably come away with a great buy; one of the best in the area.

Unless you are a prominent expert marksman or gun club member be prepared to be treated like street scum. If you can get past the arrogance and extreme attitude you'll do fine. He's the only FFL in town so you have to grin and bear it. The owner doesn't care if he gets your business or not, he has his old stogie regulars that he dotes on and will bs with them while you wait and wait. He doesn't seem care if you walk out. No awards for great service and business to the community here. Prices are ok but not much selection. Old man set in his ways and if you don't like it tough

As a female, it is important to me to feel welcomed in a store such as this, and I do. My son (age 13) has had a few restoring projects that he has asked advice on and helpful hints. Ralph has always been happy to assist in letting him know what he should or should not to do. Great store, great service, lots of cool stuff.

I have been going to Tuttle's guns for 15 yrs. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. That is a wonderful place to go, they are very knowledgeable and are willing to take the time out to help any one, men and woman alike. Tuttle's will continue to get my business and will recommend that every one stop by and meet the Tuttle's and take a look around. All the times I have been in Tuttle's I have never seen anyone get disrespected or treated poorly when you enter the store you feel like you are talking to one of your friends.

If there was a rating for 0 stars, that is what I would give this place. I have been there multiple times, and each and every time, I am treated like some punk off the street who is going to try and shoplift something. The man behind the counter is a real jerk who has a real bad attitude, that is only temporarily adjusted when some cash is flashed and you buy something. If you need a good gunsmith, it's worth the drive up to The Marksman up on Canyon Road in Puyallup. Unless you know exactly what you are talking about, don't go to Tuttles. I regret every trying to support this local business.

All I can say is unless you are some master marksman or bullet head, Tuttle's IS NOT THE STORE FOR YOU!! I felt belittled and completely insulted when I went in the store to ask about having my wife's gun serviced. I assume the guy behind the counter owned the place. I personally will never do any business with them, NOR will I ever recommend them to any one I know. If I could give them NO stars in a rating I would.

This is a fun store to visit! If your visiting downtown Enumclaw, drop into Tuttle's Gun Store, it's almost like visiting a small museum. I live in Enumclaw and have been a customer of Tuttle's. Prices are very good, they also have good knowledge of thier inventory (both what's on display and for sell). They have always had a good helpful attitude when I've been there (thier smiles are free).
