Arthur Yeager is the perfect place to rent if you feel like dealing with harassment over petty shit, receiving eviction warnings over grass/snow and like living controlled. I'm 26 rented off of them for about 2 years, while my neighbors loved the fact I would shovel their sidewalks and parking spaces Arthur was too concerned about writing me up during another snow storm, where the snow sat for 2 days while I was working. Another incident a police officer stepped onto our porch, didn't ring the bell or say anything, I walked out and he drove away. Somehow Yeager Agency caught word that an officer came to my door, and threatened to kick us out. The police station was actually looking for a similar car that we owned and came to the wrong house. We finally moved because if I want to live controlled I'd move into my mom's. When we moved we took pictures of a perfectly cleaned/spackled house. They found a little scuff on the floor that apparently is worth all of the security payment. Arthur M Yeager is by far the worse renting agency I encountered in all of Lancaster County.
