We have used Good's for the last 19 years and have always found them to be friendly, dependable, and helpful.

Just so that you know...they do not buy metal. They wanted to charge me for bringing metal to them rather than pay me for the metal. That should teach me to go to Beartown Recycling instead.

My parents were loyal customers for 40-50 years. After my Dad passed away, my mom cancelled service by accident, too soon. She is almost 82 years old. When I called to get reinstated, I was told NO! I was willing to pay for 3 months or service, because we needed it badly until the end of August. They still said no after I had explained everything. Do you really want to use and pay for service from a company that cares so little for it's loyal customers???
