Poor customer service skills and want to sell bikes with little to no time invested to help customers make an informed decision. Will not shop here again and recommend you don't waste your time. There are other shops near by that are more than happy to help you and will not pressure you to purchase.

These people are ruled by greed. They know what they are doing but money is their god. Paid $150 for 2 tires that sell for 40 a piece on amazon. When I asked the old man for a better price he gave me a dirty look and said this is not the internet we show you the tire. Then he badmouthed me to the other employees who were also very unfriendly from the get go. Deal with Green Mountain cyclery instead they are very friendly. I was told by another bike shop that gouging is what they are known for. This will be my last purchase with Martin's and I will spread the word.
