I go to Mcdonalds atleast 3 times a week. They have decent food. But they have terrible service eveytime i come in i get attitude. I had to wait over 15 minutes for a single pie that theu forgot and my burger that i said i didnt want lettuce on had a peice of lettuce. And my sausage egg and cheese had burnt sausage. I complained about it once and got nothing.

I come to the conclusion that the Ephrata McDonald's is the worse fast food place in Lancaster Country. It seems every time we go there they can't seem to get our order right. it takes at least 1/2 hr. to get take out. Not that we get a lot of food, when we do get our food they forget our fries. We wait for the fries and when we get home, we sit down to eat. Now mind you I like salt on my fries but these fries were so salted that they were uneatable. Really McDonald's workers, It's not like we forgot to pay the bill, Why get mad at the costumer. Heads up Face book friends This place really #$% #!

This McDonald's sucks... I gave it one star because i had to otherwise i wouldnt have given them anything... Their food is okay but the people that work there aren't very nice to customers... They're managers aren't very nice either and every time I've been there they had messed up my order and when i go back and tell them that they messed it up they won't even fix it... I really would not recommend this McDonald's at all.

service is slow, and if you get your order correct it will be surprising.
