Their site LIES about having paved driveways. Their driveways are gravel causing HUGE AMOUNTS OF DUST to get into the unit - even a MONTHLY sweeping couldn't keep the dust under control.
They force you to pay an insane amount for a custom lock, instead of using an industry standard setup where you can use your own lock.
They'll charge you for A FULL MONTH on first and last, even if you only rent the unit for a week of the first or last month. They can be browbeat into pro-rata on the FIRST MONTH ONLY and requite at least a full month notice in advance on the last month.
Their on-site manager is nothing more than a rent taker, the actual management is rude and non-responsive - especially the owner himself.
Their idea of 24/7 access in the winter is to plow a narrow path down the middle of the driveway and pile the snow up in the middle of the driveway, blocking access to MANY units.
WORST NIGHTMARE OF A STORAGE FACILITY I HAVE EVER SUFFERED THROUGH, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THESE PLACES (they have 2).
Note that on Google Reviews that almost ALL of the 5-star rating reviews ARE FROM THE OWNERS OR THEIR CLOSE FAMILY (David Spencer and Cassandra Van Steyn ARE THE OWNERS) while pretty much all of the other reviews are 1 star.
