When my tire blew out on I25 it was the perfect ending to a perfectly miserable day. Not only was my tire ruined so was my rim and I wasn't going anywhere. The tow truck driver suggested I give these guys a call. They quickly set me up with the correct rim for my Cherokee and even got a laugh out of one cranky frustrated individual! I will be back1

After reading some of these other reviews I was reluctant to give these guys a try but they were the only place around that had what I needed. The guy on the phone was decent to talk to so I took a chance. When I arrived the part was waiting for me, the guy who sold it to me was friendly fellow, and even though he was well aware he was the only one with the part I needed, the price was fair. Overall very pleased.

These guys have no idea what they are talking about. I can't believe that these guys "specialize" in selling used jeep parts and know so little about jeeps and the year to year part differences. They also have a take it or leave it attitude and lack any form of customer service. They misrepresented a transmission they had and then got frustrated when i wanted to double check the 1st gear ratio. After showing the guy (who swore up and down that this was the 6.32:1 tranny i was looking for...and you can tell cause it has the correct casting #) that the ratio was the 4:1 version, one of the other guys said "so are you going to buy it or not....if not we got work to do" Let's see...I just drove 2hrs and have to drive 2hrs home empty handed because of your incompetence? Who should be frustrated? Stay away from this place unless you love wasting huge amounts of time.

I have had much experience with the guys at Jeeps Unlimited over the years of building Jeeps. I do several a year and always find what I need at Jeeps Unlimited. The yard is well organized and the guys behind the counter are always knowledgeable and helpful. It's my first place to stop when I need parts.

I was quoted $25 on the phone. When I arrived the part included other stuff I did not ask for and was $20 higher. They said, "That is the way it comes." I needed the part and had no choice. The got my $20 bucks but lost a customer.

Avoid Jeeps Unlimited! Incredibly rude staff. Gave me one price on the phone, then when I showed up price was double. Don't know how they stay in business. Extremely disappointed.

I recently made a visit to Jeeps Unlimited in Erie, CO looking for some parts for my 2000 Cherokee that I was having a hard time finding. I was pleasantly surprised by their late model Jeep inventory and was able to get everything I needed at a reasonable price, about 1/2 of new. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definately go there again if I need anything.

I called about some part for my jeep and the guy on the phone kept cutting me off. He was very rude. He acted as if I should know everything about the part I was looking for. That is why I called them to begin with. I will never shop there again. Rude, arrogant and very disrespectfull. I cant believe anyone would put up with that crap. It I did that at my job I would be fired.

Very unhelpful and what was told to me wasn't the same as 5 other mechanics who were much more willing to help!! Rude and arrogant. And way over priced than anywhere else i called. GO ELSEWHERE!!

The staff is rude and arrogant. Their prices are outrageous and customer service is one of the worst I have experienced in the auto industry. Save your time and frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are better options available

I called ahead to verify they had what I needed and upon arrival they told me they never did. Their inventory is a total mess, they have no idea what they have and if they do indeed have your part, they don't know where it is. To top it off they are incredibly rude! Shop anywhere else!
