David and Amanda are true professionals and we highly recommend their service! The beautiful photos David used to list our home secured a sale within the first week for top dollar! We also used their services to purchase a new home. They were always available to show properties and provided expert guidance throughout the buying process. A winning team with their client's needs as their top priority!

David and his team (i.e. Amanda) were very professional and responsive. We sold our house in Erie, Colorado in less than a month. The house went on the market at the beginning of July and we closed on July 25th. David responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. Selling your home can be a very stressful experience and David and his team definitely made it less so. David and his team's guidance throughout the process was invaluable.

David and his team went above and beyond to meet my needs! He is refreshingly honest and truly wants to put his clients in a home that is the best fit for them. If there are any hiccups in the process, he is quick to remediate them. As a first-time homebuyer, I felt like David was a wonderful advocate for me did all that he could to help me make informed decisions.

David is also knowledgeable in the lending industry. He assisted me in getting the down payment assistance I needed. I had interviewed other realtors, but David’s wide range of knowledge in the industry was especially important to me.



Overall, David Hakimi knows his stuff, works hard, will provide an honest opinion, and will help a buyer through the entire process from start to finish.

What can I say about David and his team, absolutely PHENOMENAL! From the first day we met David he showed us five homes on the same day and gave us the best advice on how to get ready for a home purchase. His website was giving us all the listings that matched our wish list and we were able to schedule showings as soon as we wanted. David went far and beyond on the house hunt with us and was always very infomartive about the property. The very first time we requested to see a certain home he told us right off the bat why we shouldn't think about purchasing that home. He was very honest and we never felt he was just trying to sell us anything. He def kept our best interest in mind. I would highly reccommend David and his team. They are great!!!
