The parent below is understandably upset, however he is confused on our policy. We are very sorry that this happened and are taking appropriate steps to resolve the current biting issues with our one year old babies.

was bitten here 8 times and they did absolutely nothing. The owner Trisha and director Karen do not care and refuse to follow the policy that we agreed to and was written by the owner. If you want your child to be safe look elsewhere!!
