They will not travel 26 miles to look at an appliance. I was told by the secretary that it is to far away. I will never RECOMMEND them to anyone!

This company is terrible. They said 1 week and its going on 3 weeks and they don't even have the decency to call and explain to you why they are 2 weeks late with your service call. Then when you call them, they act like you are a huge inconvenience to them. New flash.....you are not the only appliance service company. You continue to treat people like you don't need them and eventually you won't. You will be out of business. Would rather buy a new stove then to give this company my business.

Let me tell they give me a date and time window 5pm to 7pm and they did not show up. Then on top of that they did not even call me to let me know that they were not coming very. I recommend do not use them. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy, they cost me money because I thought I wood have my laundry center back.

I called to have them fix a problem with my GE oven. They called because they could arrive earlier than the time range I was given. They were very helpful. Had to order a part to complete the repair. They returned a couple days later right on time. I was very pleased with the service.

They set an appointment with me for a 4 hour time range. 1-5 pm then never showed up. They didn't call. They just no showed. Lost vacation time, Inconvenience. Not a professional service at all.

I wouln't let anyone else touch my applliances.

Burns and Shaw are professional, fair and very good at what they do.
