I was just there a few days ago, and I have to say my experience was quite negative. I didn't get really any help. One associate that works there an older lady no matter what I asked her she didn't know or acted like she was clueless like it was her first day there. I picked a style of bead I liked and I asked if a bracelet could be made and she said and I quote," What do you mean make you a bracelet?". I was supposed to get a call back about the beads I inquired about, I doubt I will get that call, but if this is the only bead shop in Erie, it's a shame.
