I stood in the store for over 1/2 hour with many available salespeople talking to each other, and not 1 asked me if they could help. I left the store and decided to call the next day and the 2 women I talked to on the phone each kept putting the phone down talking to each other and not even hearing what i was asking. Finally I did say why are they acting like they didn't want my business and the first lady I started originally talking to said if I didn't like what she was saying that there were other places that I could find my wedding dress. Wow very rude people there for sure

I will never shop at David's bridal or recommend them to anyone. The environment was snooty enhanced by the insensitive and snooty help. The experience there was the worst I have ever encountered. There was a plus sized bridesmaid who was obviously sensitive about her size and the saleswoman was rudely shouting her size for all the store to her. I know she was uncomfortable and that made me and the rest of the bridal party sad. Poor customer service when they should be making this a great experience for the bride and the bridal party.
