Renae and her Dust Bunnies crew have been cleaning for us weekly for close to 2 years. Yesterday, I came home and found a note from Renae stating, abruptly, that she was quitting and this was our last cleaning. This was her response to a note I had left asking her to put things back in their place after dusting and to please dust more thoroughly. The quality of the work has always been inconsistent and I would have to return things to their original place every week as she, or her crew, would move them. Apparently she got angry and responded irrationally. This was extreme. She had been unprofessional previously. She over-promised and under delivered throughout her contract.

I know I put up with the Dust Bunnies for far too long. My husband and I are busy professionals with 3 dogs and didn't want to deal with finding a new house cleaning service so we settled. It was nice knowing our house was given some attention each week. So, we are searching again and will be more discerning in our interviewing. No one should pay money for erratic and unprofessional behavior and substandard service.
