The problem of negligence need to be addressed within this particularly supposed, "child friendly" institution. My child seven(7) cuts to the face by a child who attends the said preschool and seem to be plague with severe mental or emotional instability and aggression. After repeated complaints and warnings by my wife and my three year old child, teachers DID NOT take any remedial action to protect my three (3) year old toddler from harm. The most ironic part is that NO ONE picked up the phone within a 48 hour period of me calling, and leaving messages in an attempt to clarify the matter of the lacerations that have been afflicted on my infant's face. I must say express my utter disappointed at the level of care or lack of it thereof. I am saddened by the total cowardly act of "caregivers' employed at this institution, who not only failed to protect a child victim of violent bullying, but also failed to return phone calls in an effort to clarify the matter or express sympathy. I intend to seek legal recourse in this matter, as my child remain in critical condition.
