I called in a few mins ago and was instantly put on a 6+ min hold. After i was picked up again i asked if there were any NES Classic Edition's as Nintindo has them listed as a retailer. The guy who i was talking to had a very annoyed attitude and was saying "uh huh, uh huh.. hmm, huh huh..." but totally not even listening to what i was saying.

When i had finished telling him i couldnt seem to find them anywhere (except walmart for $269.00 !! When they are mrsp $59?!) He was incredibly rude and sarcastic, saying that if Nintendo would send them out then they would be able to sell them, but since Nintendo doesnt provide them, they cant stock them. The entire time he sounded unhinged and fairly irate but especially when i asked him if he could place an order so that i could have one sent. He basically said no. So i asked for his name and asked if he was the manager. He smugly informed me that his name is AARON and that yes, he in fact was the manager. As if to cut off any idea i could have had to report his abusive attitude or attempt to deal with a more respectful person. I will never go to this location again. AARON is a piss poor manager, with such horrendous communication and customer service skills it boggles the mind to understand how he is a manager instead of cleaning toilets.
