Together they provided Quality Service to Residential, Commercial & Institutional customers in the Erie area. One of their early significant jobs was the remonumentation of downtown Erie. The project was a success & customers have places trust in Welka & Associates ever since. The business has passed to the next generation. James Welka is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor & a Registered Professional Engineer. Brother Mark is the operations manager & sister Marcia oversees the firms accounting. We concentrate in Boundary Surveys, Complete Site Development, storm water Management, Land subdivisions, Construction Layout, Topographic & ALTA Surveys to name a few of our services.
