I didn't think it was possible to ruin an ordinary sub sandwich. I have to commend Jimmy Johns. They found a way. This was the most vile slop I ever ate! A sandwich that sat out all day at a gas station would be better. I placed my order for delivery. I was told I was out of the area. When I walked in the staff was goofing off. While I was being ignored I noticed a map that indicated I lived in the middle of the delivery area. Their website claims to reply to all emails. I guess they forgot their own policy. How do they ever stay in business? I am betting this location won't last a year. I know people like to rant when they don't like something but I am honestly shocked how a simple sandwich could be so bad. I can't understand how this garbage pit could be a franchise. I mentioned my experience to an out of state relative and he laughed & said "I could have told you it was bad." How true! Can I rate it a negative 10 stars?
